Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Below we inform you about the collection and processing of your data when visiting this website.

This notice covers visits to this website and the contact channels offered here.
assistenz@pallasky.deWebsite delivery and server logs
The website is provided through Lovable and delivered and protected by Cloudflare. When you visit, your IP address, time of access, requested address, browser and device information and technical status data are processed and recorded in the providers’ server logs. IP addresses are personal data.
The purpose is to deliver the website, keep it secure and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and available website.
Security cookie
Cloudflare sets the cookie __cf_bm (readable only by the server, sent only over encrypted connections, lifetime about 30 minutes). It is used to detect automated traffic and protect the website. Storing it is strictly necessary for this purpose (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); further processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Statistics scripts
We do not embed any analytics or tracking tools ourselves. Statistics scripts that the hosting platform may insert into the page are prevented from running by the website’s security settings. Independently of this, the providers process the server logs described above.
The website does not save contact contents in local browser storage or pass them to analytics functions.
Contact form and email
Name, email address and message are required; a telephone number is optional. We use your selected language for our reply and the confirmation of receipt. A hidden field helps detect automated submissions. No further details are needed. You can also reach us by email or telephone instead.
We use the details to review and answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an engagement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries with a view to an engagement, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Consent is not required.
Your enquiry is stored in an access-protected database (Lovable Cloud, operated with Supabase). We are notified by email via Resend to a Google (Gmail) inbox; the notification contains only a reference number and the time of receipt. These details can also be linked to your enquiry. The automatic confirmation of receipt to your email address, using your name and selected language, is sent through Lovable’s email service; it contains no advertising.
Submitting the form does not create an engagement or a review of deadlines. Please send confidential documents only through a suitable channel agreed with us.
Protecting the contact form against abuse
To protect the form against mass submissions, the server counts requests within one hour – in total and per recipient address of the confirmation email. The address is stored for this purpose not in plain text but as a pseudonymous check value. IP addresses are not stored for this purpose.
These counters become due for deletion two hours after the last relevant request and are removed by an hourly clean-up, so they exist for at most about three hours. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against abuse). Your enquiry itself is not deleted by this.
Appointment booking via meetergo
For the video consultation you can book an appointment with meetergo via a link. There you enter the details requested in the booking form, such as name, email address, preferred time and, if you wish, a short note. We receive these details and use them to prepare and hold the appointment.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where a possible engagement is concerned, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in organised scheduling). Booking is voluntary; you can equally arrange an appointment by telephone or email. Please do not send confidential documents through the booking form, but through a suitable agreed channel.
Communication via WhatsApp
You can write to us via WhatsApp Business. We then process your telephone number, profile name and the content you send us in order to answer your request. WhatsApp (Meta) processes its own data as a provider under its terms.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where a possible or existing engagement is concerned, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering requests through the channel you choose). Use is voluntary; telephone and email are available as alternatives. Please send confidential documents only through a suitable agreed channel.
Fonts and external links
Fonts are served by this website itself; Google Fonts is not contacted. References to associations, social networks, WhatsApp, meetergo and other services are plain links without preloaded content. Only when you click a link does the provider receive your access data and process it under its own responsibility.
Recipients and third countries
Recipients are the technical and communication providers named above. Some of them are based in the United States or access data from there, so data may also be processed outside the EU. Details of their processing and data transfers can be found in the linked provider notices.
Retention
We keep enquiries and correspondence as long as needed to handle them. If no engagement results, we delete them once they are no longer needed. Longer retention takes place only where statutory retention duties apply – for example under commercial, tax or professional rules for lawyers in the case of engagements – or where the data is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the right of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20 GDPR; where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means). Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
No automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place. To exercise your rights, a message to the address above is sufficient.
Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)
Where we process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR), in particular in your place of residence, work or of the alleged infringement. For the registered office in Frankfurt am Main, the competent authority is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
